100% TDS on property I paid, 100% payment to seller my account, I filed ITR2 , But property purchased me and wife joint name and loan taken in Joint name. So interest paid and Home loan repayment claim my wife. My installment is 60000/- pm

Both are owner of the property and loan also both name then both (husband and wife) can claim deduction under income tax...
