loan disbursement amount party transfer in od Account so when we pass the receipt entry in tally it's not accepted because both r liability account so can we pass journal entry in tally instead of any receipt and payment entry

Sorry, try contra journal if possible, or else use journal voucher for any type of transaction entry.
