is gst applicable on loading and unloading of cotton, cotton seeds and cotton lint bales??

it's agriculture product.....
please tell me should we have to pay gst on rcm

As per the new rule
n if you are buying raw cotton direct from from then it's rcm free others wise not

Due to cotton bales has agricultural product
so that's , it has chances of gst applicability,
rate is nill

Rcm is required even if you buy raw cotton from framer sorry above mein woh tab mistake se wrong reply hogaya

Ayusmita.... kya no gaya apko.... raw cotton purchase pe rcm hai.... I know... but loading and unloading charges of agriculture goods is exempted... rcm is not applicable on that
