LLP with a lawyer.

Hi friends, I am practicing CA who wants to register a llp with lawyer. My simple query is can I do so?
Second query, can i join a existing llp as a partner which is not yet registered with ICAI?

Please give reference to support your answer. As i want to go by the law and not by word of mouth.
