Llp winding up

The query is regarding winding up of an LLP. The LLP had filed eForm-3(LLP Deed) initially which did not get approved and the fees paid on the form got lapsed. on the other side LLP eForm-3 (For changes to LLP deed) and eForm-4 were filed and approved. Now the Designated partners wants to wind up the LLP. will the non approval of eForm-3 and the lapse of fee affect the winding up procedure...? Please Clarify Thanks and Regards
