LLP turnover of services 24 lac and profit is 3 percentage , so tax audit required or not?

Tax audit not applicable to LLP when its business turnover doesn't exceed 1 Cr.

Turnover exceeds 40 Lac audit or contribution exceeds 25 lacs Audit is requried ,please refer below link of MCA
