LLP strike off

1) The LLP is inoperative since incorporation (due to covid it cannot sustain),even they didn't open a bank account .
At the time of strike off Bank account closure certificate is required .
so what should we do ?
shall we open a bank account and close again ?

2) The contribution of LLP is 10,000, are we required to open a bank account and deposit the amount in it ?

Yes, After incorporation, the partners must contribute their shares mentioned in the deed to the Companies Current Account & Intimate to MCA.

So, In your case, you 1st Start a Bank Current Account in the Name of the Company, then invest the capital.

Then intimate MCA, After approval from the same.

You can give strike-off -Application.

Simply means -You don't have any pending application with MCA till wind up.
Thank you for your prompt reply .
I have a doubt , how can we communicate the capital contribution to MCA ?
In case of company we can file form INC -20 A but what about llp ?

Form 20 A -Within 180 days -As per Companies Act -Applicable to both Companies & LLP'ies

Okay ..
thank you so much

1. If bank account never opened. You can close without bank account. Just attach a affidavit no bank account opened.

2. No need to get contribution. You can go for strikeoff
