Sir i have a question that the registered office address of LLp can be a home address? Keeping in mind the party will also apply for vat registration and will furnish the same home address.. So both can be same or not?

No problem at all shobhit....
Vandana mam , it means home adress is accepteble by all the authoroties whether it be mca or sales tax.
They are just concerned that the address is a genuine one and that work is actually done there....
