Dear Sir,
While uploading partners information in the MCA protal, I get an error message saying MCA21 Error page- Our apologies. The request cannot be processed as there has been internal application error.
We are facing this issue from the last 2 months.I have registered complaint with MCA,Then they replied by instructing to delete cookies, histories and all other temporary data.Accordingly we have tried that also.But the result is same.
Still we are not able to furnish the data to Ministry.We have tried in explorer, chome and Mozilla.We are using java 6 update 30 and java 7 updated 71 in our system.
Anyone in this group faced the same issue? kindly share solution if anyone koow this.
