Do partners/designated partners need to file dir 3 kyc???

Designated Partners need to file Form DIR-3KYC for the 1st year they have DIN/DPIN allotted to them. Subsequent years they shall file WEB KYC. Also if there is any change in personal details in the future, they shall file Form DIR-3KYC to record that change.
