In the link provided you Minute book should be maintained to record minutes of meetings of partners and managing/executive committee of partners."
but while i was searching i found in the difference betwwen LLP and company where it was written that no requirenment for holding Meetings like in Companies Act 1956

Please refer your LLP Agreement, if it provides for Meetings then minutes of the meetings held will have to be maintained.
It is not compulsory to have meetings and minutes under the LLP Act.
