while filing form 8 and form 11 for LLP whether I need to register as LLP or designated partner in mca portal? Query is related for creation of login id.

For filing of LLP forms, it is better if you create logins for all your Designated Partners. In such a case, you will also be able to file forms for other LLP in which same DP is there.

Also please submit your query from now on in Appropriate Forum. For this it is Corporate Law not Income Tax.
