I had got LLP name approval. Now I have to file FILLIP Form within 90 days.
1. Please confirm Form 3 and 4 has to be filed within 30 days of filing FILLIP form...? 2. Form 3 and 4 is to be filed together...?

Only Form 3 is required to file within 30 days of getting CoI and Llp Agreement is attached in form 3
