Llp incorporation

Hi,

I am trying to incorporate a LLP for the first time. I have few queries. Please guide.

1. There are three individual members in this LLP. So two should be declared as designated partners. Am I correct?

2. Should DSC and DIN needed for all three members or only for designated partners?

3. Earlier designated partners needed to give their consent in form -7. Is it still required under new procedure ? If yes, where should i submit the consent?

4. Is it necessary to add LLP at the end of the name of the firm?

Thanks

1. Yes atleast two DP should be there
2. Yes all partner DSC and DIN required. As each DO has to complete Kyc Procedure also for which DSC is compulsory
3. form 7 is not required
4. Yes LLP name at the end is mandatory
3. consent to act as designated partner is mandatory attachment in form fillip
In regard to point no. 2, you don't need DSC of all the partners as DIN can be applied through form and no other form need to be filed further in
in regard to point no. 3, consent is mandatory
