Roc filing fees would be as under - (based on Authorised Capital)
Upto Rs. 50,000/- Rs. 100
From 1 Lakh to 4 Lakh, Rs. 200
From 5 Lakh to 20 Lakhs, Rs. 300
From 25 Lakh to 5 Crore, Rs. 500
