Fees payable for late filing is governed by Section 69 and Annexture A of the Rule , which is Rs 100 per day of the delay , is there any remedy for the reasons beyond control of the LLP , any beneficial provisions on this issue ? Do a Registrar has a power of hearing and order accordingly , as in cases it may very stiff , LLP having a paid capital Of Rs has to pay Is 70000+ in a case where two documents are not filled in time ..

Dear Kishore
We are also facing the same problem. We had a talk with ROC officials and they cleraly said for the time being there is as such no condonation scheme or beneficial provisions available, we can only wait for MCA to devise some scheme in this regard.
