Whether LLP Partners has to file DIR-3 KYC?

Dear Form DIR-3 KYC is required to be filed for individual director/designated partner or anyone who is holding DIN/DPIN on or before 31st March, 2018. So you need to file Form DIR-3 KYC.

Yes DIR 3 Form is mandatory to file for all type of the legal entity Wheather Its Private Limited Company or LLP or One Person Company.

because DIR 3 KYC Form directly linked with the DIN Number so if you are old partner in the LLP then yes you have to file the DIR 3 KYC Form. You can Download DIR 3 KYC Form

Dear

The LLP is Incorporated in 20th Sept 2021. So as per the LLP rule newly formed LLP after 1st October of financial year, then LLP can close its first financial year either on the coming or next 31st March i.e. LLP files its first financial year details for 18 months. So in this case this provision is not applicable. Is it is correct ??
