Can anyone give me a detailed procedure and draft amendment LLP agreement for contribution reduction?

Please note that there is no such provision under LLP Act for reducing contribution, but the same can be reduced as per the manner provided in LLP Agreement. 

Check whether your LLP Agreement contains such provision.
