Can LLP firm become a partner as company act require only firm and indl as partner
also LLP is counted as corporate (except IT act)

LLP via speacial Notification by MCA and for limited purpose has been
exempted from the purview of being a body corporate under section 226 and
is not disqualified from being the auditor of company under companies act
and therefore it can be an auditor as it is firm for sec 226 by virtue of that
noification.
