LLP annual compliance for FY 2021 to 2022

Hi community

we have LLP registration done last July 2021 but no business is happening

I want to file annual compliance

form 11 is filled by myself

form 8 is asking CA membership but I don't have enrolled CA due to financial issues

please let me know for form 8 and ITR 5 return filing need CA for bill return of LLP
