Whether Revised Schedule VI is Applicable to LLP or not ?
If yes then Please give me reference.....

Dear Nikhil,
According to the Section 2 (7 (C, the LLP is a body corporate but this can not be termd as Cmpany.
So in this case, Schedule VI is not appicable to LLPs.
