I want nature of business for imitation jewellery
Also the registered office shall be a rented premises. What shall be other formalities for using rented premises (consent letter etc)
Should the agreement be made on a stamp paper? If yes of what value?

Agreement is required to be made on a stamp paper of appropriate stamp value as per the state in which the LLP is to be incorporated
