LLP ADMISSION OF PARTNER
Can anyone tell me which forms are required to be filed with ROC in case of Admission of new partner in LLP when LLP agreement authorises such admission.

the LLP has to file Form 4 within 30 days from the date he/she becomes Partner in the LLP

& when form-6 is require to be filed
form 4 and form 3 are required to be filed by llp within 30 days from the event date (admission date of partner). It may be filed after 30 days but a separate from required to be filed for every change (if any , one or more changes in llp )subject to additional charges. form 4 is for admission, cessation etc. and form 3 is for change in llp agreement so both the forms are required to file with ROC.
