I have confusion regarding the audit issue of an LLP. Section 34 states that an LLP is exempt from audit of the turnover or contribution does not exceed in any F.Y Rs. 40 Lacs or Rs. 25 Lacs resp.
Since we are exempted then do wee need to appoint an auditor . If yes, is there any form for the same. But still Form 8 will be filed? wat ill be the diiference in the form whn the accounts are audited and if not audit.
I m very confused with this . Can anyone plz tell me wat all documents and compliance to be done when the exempltion is availed.
