While finalizing accounts of LLP what treatment will be made for remuneration earned , interest earned by partners???
Can it be credited to the capital contribution like we do in case of partnership...or it should be separately shown as liab of the firm in balance and there by not interrupting initial capital contribution of the firm same as share capital in in company.
