I need to know the format of ANNUAL RETURN of LLP. Is there a specific format like for companies?? Are we required to attach copy of annual return to form 11, like in case of Pvt. Ltd. Co.????
There is no such prescribed form, so no need to attched that, As per Rule there is only the requirement filing Form 11 which should be certified by partners / CS in Practise as the case may be.
