is the LLP name valid across India like pvt ltd? or it like partnership name, where anyone canhave similar name across different states in India

LLP Act is a Central Act applicable all over India. Just like companies, names of LLPs cannot be similar to other LLPs, partnership firms, bodies corporate etc. [Ref. Sec.15 of LLP Act].
