Pls tell me some universities which provide correspondence LLB.
Also I want to do short term finance courses. Kindly suggest some good courses and which institutes provide those courses.

You won't be able to practice if you go for correspondence LLB... So unless you have something else in mind I don't find much use of it unless it is for knowledge sake. You can google for it.
Depending upon what you call short term. Some short term finance certifications/ courses, I can think of are, NCFM/ BSE certifications/ AMFI/ IRDA exams, CFP, etc.
