is LITRE & KILOLITRE are of same quantity ? which option is right for submission of quantity in GSTR 1

Litre will not be accepted , convert it into kilolitre.

Due Date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July 2019 has been extended to 22.08.2019. Notification awaited.
