1.Can a new company go for subscripttion and simultaneously get listed on the recognized stock exchange if it complies the requirements?

Refer Regulation 26 of SEBI Regulations on IPO. Listing is not a criteria. However the answer may be 'NO' for a 'new' company assuming it to be in existence for less than five years.
