Listing agreement

Dear All,

Can anybody guide me that if company submit  it's unaudited accounts of last quarter withing 45 days than it is require to declare audited result of the company and if yes than what is the time limit.

i know for unaudited 45 days and audited 620 days but in above matter i want to know only it is necessary to declare audited result if they already declare unaudited result of last quarter and if yes what is the time limit ?
