IS IT MANDATORY TO INFORM THE STOCK EXCHANGE IF THE COMPANY TEMPORARY CLOSE PRODUCTION PROCESS/ OPERATION OF ONE OF ITS UNIT FOR PARTICULAR TIME BEING AND CONTINUE THE SAME OPERATION AND PRODUCTION PROCESS AFTER SOME MONTHS.

Yes in case of closure it is very much required to intimate the stock exchange.
