If a listed company enters.into a contract with other projects should.it disclose to sebi if yes what is the section number?

Accounting and taxation wise, you don’t have to show anything to securities board. Everything is disclosed in annual reports. Some companies don’t even mention their business clients on annual reports. If it is a project, some disclosure will be made in annual report. I think that is good enough.
