list of publications relevant for November 2010 by ICAI

hello sir,

as per these publications competition act 2009 is applicable...that means we have the amendments...so from where to refer these amendments???and is this sure that fema is not applicable for nov 10...from where we will get the select cases for dt and idt 2009???

Plz help me in respect of grasping this subject  "IDT"..................i m getting confused............which book i should go for................because m not taking any classes for that..................which book is best for self study............so that i can understand this subject on my own...............

Can anybody confirm that FEMA Act 1999 is not applicable for Nov 2010.

Most of the Acts have been updated to year 2009 like Competition Act, IT Act 2008 etc.

i think fema is fully applicable bt only circular no 50 is not applicable...and sebi icdr guidelines are applicable...so from where to get these...nd from where to get competition act 2009???/

@ rahim: as per knowledge given to me case laws of dt and idt at instt site are irrelevant as most of them hv been overruled..this time only 4 or 5 of them were apllicable and only those i thnk came in examz...is there any other source to get the correct ones..

and also from where to get the notifications and circulars upto 30.04.2010...
