Is it necessary to link your PAN with bank account to get the Income tax refund..?

Yes, otherwise refund is not credited to the account....

Is aadhar mandatory to file ITR.?

Aadhar number you have to fill in ITR.
Aadhar PAN linking is not compulsory

Yes Aadhar Card is mandatory for your ITR
