07 May 2010Hey Frns......my CA has sent to me on Audit of a Company for Limited Reveiw ..................I have no knowledge of Limited Reveiw........and the deadline he has given me is 13th May .... I am very much terrified ....Please help me ......in explanining what actually is a limited Review and provide me if any of you has any checklist for performing the same.....

Limited Review is desired by Listing Agreements through clause 41.
Find attached herewith latest Listing Agreements and read clause 41 or search Limited Review in the Listing Agreements and read.
Listing Agreements also contain the format for Limited Review Certificates. Read it as it will help you to understand what is limited review.
