Find attached latest Listing Agreement containing latest format of Limited Review Certificate.
Collect a copy of Peer Review certificate from Auditor for your record. No need to submit the same anywhere.

Limited review is require for listed companies to publish their Profit & loss A/c for each qurter end.
The main objective of limited review is to verify that , whether the company is following proper procedure to mainten books of account.
