what is the limit of sale to unregistered dealer under gst from a registered dealer
and if there is such limit, than the limit is daily basis, monthly or yearly basis
also under income tax act, what details will be needed.......

A REGISTERED PERSON UNDER GST CAN SALE TO UNREG. PERSON WITHOUT ANY LIMIT. IT IS PURCHASER'S OBLIGATION TO GET REGISTERED.
AS PER I.T. IF U SALE IN CASH THAN U WILL HAVE FILE FORM 60/61 IF TOTAL SALE EXCEEDS TWO LAC.
U CAN NOT RECEIVE MORE THAN TWO LAC IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION FROM CUSTOMER.
