limit of cash sale to consumer/unregistered dealers

i m a composition dealer
pls tell me the amount upto which cash sell can be made to consumer

and unregistered dealer..

also tell the limit of my cash purchase ??
if the bill amount is suppose 15000..

can i make payment in two part of rs 7500 each on 2 different days??

Cash Sales :
To Consumers and URD less than 2lakhs per annum to One person...

Cash Purchase :
Less than 10k per day and Less than 2lakhs per annum to One Person...

if the bill amt is suppose 15000...can i give today 7500 and tommorow 7500...

as i have heard that in a day u cannot make cash payment of more than 10000 as per income tax..
