tax audit is maximum 45 including company audit tax audit
but if a company's turnover is less than 60 lakhs then it is not included in the above 45 audit

Audit of accounts of persons carrying on business covered by sections 44AD, 44AE OR 44AF is not not included in the aforesaid limit - as per council decision.
