Limit for secretarial compliance certificate for fy 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 , 2017-18

Kindly any one help me with the limits of paid up capital and turnover for secretarial compliance certificate during the fy 2014-15, 2015-16 , 2016-17 and  2017-18  for minuting of private limited company.
