Gambling is a state subject. so you have to act according to the state you are in. only nagaland allows gambling license.

Every one has the right to answer as you have answered it first then if the other has to answer it they should answer it or if they agree with the above comment then agree should be shown there is nothing problem in it it's a professional public platform everyone has the equality to answer the query

Yes, for the lottery state has independent rules. one of the best examples is of Nagaland state and Kerala. These 2 states are legally operating lottery businesses and generating revenue for the govt.
