can a sahukari licence be transferred in others name?
for e.g. suppose it was in the name of mr.X can it be transferred in the name of mrs.X (wife), being a legal heir.

it is a case of death suppose mr.X died
Cannot be transeffered, but request with new application in favour of wife, along with surrender of husband's license is considered on preferential basis.
