one of my clients having restaurant business having with composition GST licence and he was paying 5 percent tax by every quarter now he want to change his license to regular tax payer
My question is what is the tax rate he had to pay and is he eligible to claim ITC

Restaurant (stand alone ) 5% GST with No ITC . for regular scheme .
