Lic premium paid on 30.3.14 by chq. Chq. Cleared on 4.4.14 in which year we can take deduction ?

deduction to be taken in the year in which receipt of lic prem. was generated, which in your case will be 30.03.14 and hence deduction to be taken in FY 13-14.
