The said amount is not taxable and is exempt u/s 10(10D). Further no TDS will be deducted u/s 194.

LPG subsidy income amount is taxable or not taxable
Though subsidy is included in the definition of income but government has provided a clarification that LPG subsidy for residential pupose is exempt while if it is for commercial purpose, it will be taxed.
