LIABLE TO DEDUCT TDS OR NOT ?
I want information about the the TDS & TDS Charges our company is newly established
now we want to pay office rent & adv bills may i deduct TDS for that & what rate or it is excempt any limit please give me information as early as possible

Wheather payment made to Indian Shipping Co. is lible to TDS.
The above payment were not made to agent co. and also there is no contract with the aforesaid co. plez forward your suggesstions.
