If A an composition dealer under gst and he receives courier service from two dealers from out of which one is registered dealer B and one is unregistered dealer C than who will be liable to pay GST under reverse charge mechanism in above both the transaction...so plz suggest me with proper guidelines..

courier service is not under RCM. so only in the case of unregistered supplier, u will have to pay RCM. for dealer c

RCM is applicable on all unregistered dealer this is not matter that what is service and goods received
