Liability of TDS under section 194 H

Payment of Rs. 3,00,000 for brokage charges made to Broker for commodities transaction. Is there any liability to deduct tds on this payment?

TDS want to be deductible for brokerage

You have to deduct TDS @ 5% on Brokerage income as same is more than Rs.5000/-

Limit increased from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 15000 in Budget 2016...
