Who had the liability of TDS on Rent.It Collected by rent receiver ir deducted by tenant as per IT and GST Rule.

Deductor is Tenant he collected 10% TDS and remitted the TDS Account of Rent Receiver is it correct Tenant have issue any documents to Rent Receiver.

My query is that Tenant have issue any documents to Rent Receiver or House Owner.

TDS is deducted by Tenant. Tent will issue TDS certificate in Form 16A (I think) and TDS amount will also appear in 26AS of Rent receiver.
